1. Supported Payment Methods
Civelx supports multiple Web3 wallets to provide flexibility and convenience for investors. You may complete your payments using MetaMask, WalletConnect (Trust Wallet, Rainbow, etc.), or other compatible wallets that support Polygon and Ethereum networks. Ensure that your wallet contains sufficient funds in the chosen currency before initiating the transaction.
2. Official Wallet Addresses
Payments must only be directed to the official Civelx wallet addresses listed below:

Each address is strictly designated for the specified network and token. Sending funds to an incorrect address, token, or network is irreversible and cannot be refunded.
3. Security and Compliance
All wallet addresses are verified by Civelx and secured with blockchain-level transparency. Transactions are processed on-chain, permanently recorded, and accessible through Polygonscan or Etherscan. Investor protection is a top priority, and all operations comply with international AML/KYC standards.
4. About MetaMask Warnings
Some users may encounter a warning message in MetaMask stating: “This transaction may not be secure.” This is a standard notice that appears when sending funds to newly created or less frequently used wallet addresses. All official Civelx addresses are safe, verified, and secure. Your funds remain protected, and your transactions will be transparently stored on the blockchain.
5. Transaction Confirmation
After completing your payment, you will receive a Transaction ID (Tx Hash). This serves as your permanent proof of purchase. The Tx Hash can be checked at any time on Polygonscan or Etherscan. Confirmation may take a few seconds up to several minutes depending on network congestion.
6. Refund Limitations
Due to the immutable nature of blockchain, all successful payments are final and irreversible. Refunds are not provided for transactions completed on-chain. Exceptions may only apply in cases of proven technical errors, failed transactions, or duplicate payments, and will be subject to case-by-case review.
