Refund Policy

1. Finality of Blockchain Transactions

All transactions conducted with cryptocurrency on the Civelx platform are permanent once confirmed on the blockchain. Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, completed purchases cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded.

2. Fractional Property Ownership

When purchasing fractional ownership in a property, your contribution is permanently recorded as part of the ownership structure. These shares represent a portion of real estate and are not refundable after the transaction is completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Any service fees, transaction fees, or blockchain network (gas) fees associated with your purchase are strictly non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Cases for Refund Consideration

Refund requests may only be evaluated under the following circumstances:

Technical Errors: If a transaction was incorrectly processed due to a verified technical malfunction of the Civelx platform.
Failed Transactions: If the property share purchase did not successfully complete due to a system failure, and your funds were not allocated to the intended property.
Duplicate Payments: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same transaction.

Refunds in such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification by our technical and compliance teams.

5. Timeframe for Requests

To be considered valid, refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@civelx.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will only be processed in cryptocurrency.
The refund will be made to the same wallet address from which the original transaction was made.
Processing times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions, typically taking up to 14 business days.

7. No Guarantees of Value

Civelx does not guarantee the value of cryptocurrency or property shares purchased. Market fluctuations in cryptocurrency or real estate values are beyond our control and are not grounds for refunds.

8. Agreement

By using our platform and completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
